Studio 60 is Long Island’s largest Hot Yoga + Reformer Pilates studio, offering an elevated fitness and wellness experience unlike anything else in the area.

Our studio features two expansive, state-of-the-art workout spaces:

THE MAT ROOM

Our massive Mat Room accommodates up to 100 people, giving us the ability to offer everything from intimate classes to high-energy, large-scale fitness experiences.

The Mat Room is home to Hot Yoga, Pilates, Hot Pilates, Sculpt, Strength, Boot Camp, mobility, specialty classes and more, with both heated and non-heated class options available.

THE XFORMER ROOM

Our dedicated XFORMER studio features 17 state-of-the-art custom XFORMER machines, creating a premium resistance-based Pilates and strength experience.

XFORMER classes are also available in both heated and non-heated formats, giving clients the ability to choose the experience that works best for them.

Beyond fitness, Studio 60 also offers an en suite wellness and aesthetics room with services provided by qualified wellness and medical professionals.

MAT ROOM | UP TO 100 CLIENTS

Our expansive Mat Room is designed for both heated and non-heated group fitness experiences and includes classes such as:

With room for up to 100 participants, it also allows Studio 60 to host larger specialty classes, community events and private experiences.

XFORMER ROOM | 17 CUSTOM XFORMERS

Our XFORMER Room features 17 state-of-the-art custom XFORMER machines and delivers a low-impact, high-intensity workout combining Pilates-inspired movement, resistance training, strength, stability and endurance.

Clients can choose from both heated and non-heated XFORMER classes depending on the schedule.

We offer both heated and non-heated classes in both our Mat Room and XFORMER Room, so you can choose the environment and workout style that feels best for you.

Studio 60 is designed to offer a large-scale boutique fitness experience.

Our Mat Room accommodates up to 100 people, while our dedicated XFORMER Room features 17 custom, state-of-the-art XFORMER machines.

This allows us to provide everything from smaller specialty classes to large community workouts, private events and high-energy fitness experiences — all within the same studio.

XFORMER is a low-impact, resistance-based workout designed to challenge strength, stability, endurance and control.

Movements are performed slowly and intentionally to keep your muscles under tension while minimizing unnecessary impact on the joints.

Expect shaking. Expect a burn. Expect to discover muscles you forgot you had.

Our classes are designed so that new clients can learn alongside experienced clients, with instructors providing demonstrations, cueing and modifications throughout class.

For your first class, please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early so we can familiarize you with the machine and studio.

For safety reasons, clients arriving late to an XFORMER class may not be permitted to enter once class has begun.

No. Studio 60 offers both heated and non-heated classes in both the Mat Room and XFORMER Room.

Classes labeled Hot or Heated will use our heated studio environment, while other classes are offered at a traditional room temperature.

Always check the individual class name and description when booking so you know exactly what to expect.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a water bottle.

For Mat Room classes, you are welcome to bring your own mat or rent one from Studio 60 for $5 per class.

Grip socks are recommended and may be required for certain class formats, particularly XFORMER. If you do not have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

For heated classes, we also recommend bringing a towel and plenty of water.

Most importantly, come ready to move.

You are also always welcome to bring your own mat.

Our front desk team can help you select a pair when you arrive.

Expect great music, knowledgeable instructors, challenging movement and an atmosphere that makes you actually want to work.

Every Studio 60 class has its own personality, but our goal is always the same: to help you leave feeling stronger, accomplished and glad you showed up.

You may sweat. You may shake. You may question your instructor halfway through.

You’ll probably still book another class.

We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before class.

If it is your first visit or first XFORMER class, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have enough time to check in, complete any required documents and get familiar with the studio.

For your safety and to avoid disrupting other clients, late entry is not permitted.

This is especially important for XFORMER classes, where the beginning of class may include important machine setup and safety instructions.

Please plan to arrive early enough to be checked in and ready when class begins.

Studio 60 requires at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled group class without penalty.

Classes must be canceled through your Studio 60 account, website or app within the applicable cancellation window.

Private sessions, specialty events and private parties may have separate cancellation policies outlined at the time of booking.

Yes.

For Unlimited Memberships:

A late cancellation within the 12-hour window is subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.

A missed class without cancellation is subject to a $20 no-show fee.

For class packs and credits:

The class credit will be forfeited and a $20 late cancellation or no-show fee may apply.

These policies allow us to keep spaces available for clients who are waiting to attend class and help us create the best experience for everyone.

Yes.

Every Studio 60 client must complete the Studio 60 Liability Waiver & Release of Claims before participating in class.

If you are new to the studio, please complete your waiver before your first class whenever possible.

Classes can be booked directly through the Studio 60 website or Studio 60 app.

From your account, you can view the schedule, reserve classes, manage your bookings and purchase available memberships or class packages.

Studio 60 offers special introductory options designed to give new clients an opportunity to experience the studio, try different instructors and discover the classes they love.

Introductory offers are available to qualifying first-time Studio 60 clients and may only be redeemed once per client.

Current intro offers and pricing can be found on our website and Studio 60 app.

No.

Memberships, class packs, introductory offers and account credits are assigned to the individual client and may not be transferred or shared unless Studio 60 specifically states otherwise.

Routine membership freezes are not automatically included unless specifically stated in your membership terms.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Studio 60 may offer hardship accommodations in certain situations at management’s discretion and subject to applicable membership terms.

Your safety always comes first.

If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have recently had surgery or have a medical condition that could affect your ability to exercise safely, please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating.

Please also let your instructor know before class about any relevant limitations so appropriate modifications can be discussed when available.

Age requirements may vary depending on the class format and room.

A parent or legal guardian must complete all required documentation for minors before participation.

Please contact Studio 60 before booking a minor so our team can help determine which classes are appropriate.

Yes.

Studio 60 offers private fitness experiences for birthdays, bridal events, girls’ days, corporate wellness events, team outings and other celebrations.

Private events may be hosted in our Mat Room or XFORMER Room and can include instructor-led classes, celebration time and optional event enhancements.

Private and semi-private training opportunities may be available based on instructor and studio availability.

Yes.

Studio 60 is also home to a dedicated en suite wellness room, allowing clients to complement their fitness routine with select wellness and aesthetic services in the same location.

Services may include:

* IV hydration and IV drips
* Botox
* Injectables and aesthetic treatments
* Wellness services
* Additional provider-led treatments and offerings

All medical and aesthetic services are performed by appropriately qualified providers operating within their applicable professional scope and licensure.

Depending on appointment availability and the type of service, yes.

Because certain wellness or aesthetic treatments may come with specific pre- or post-treatment instructions, always follow the guidance provided by your treating provider when planning exercise around your appointment.
