Effective Date: March 5, 2026 Studio 60 Hot Yoga & Pilates Corporation (“Studio 60”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our members, guests, and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you interact with our studio, website, booking platforms, and related services. By using our services or entering our facility, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect. Studio 60 may collect personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, emergency contact information, membership details, booking activity, communications with staff, and payment related information. Information may also include attendance records, account history, and customer service communications.

Booking Platforms and Third Party Technology. Studio 60 utilizes third party software platforms including but not limited to Mariana Tek and related booking, scheduling, marketing, and operational platforms. These third party platforms may collect and process certain personal information necessary for membership management, booking services, attendance tracking, and communication. These platforms operate under their own privacy and security policies and Studio 60 is not responsible for their independent data handling practices.

Payment Processing. Payments for memberships, retail purchases, and services may be processed through secure third party payment processors. Studio 60 does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on internal systems. Payment processors maintain their own security and compliance standards.

How We Use Information. Personal information may be used for purposes including managing memberships, scheduling classes, processing payments, communicating with members, sending reminders and confirmations, providing promotional communications, maintaining facility safety, improving services, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

Video Surveillance and Recording. For safety, security, and operational purposes, Studio 60 facilities are monitored by video surveillance systems. Cameras may be present in common areas including entrances, reception areas, hallways, studio rooms, and locker storage areas.

Cameras are not installed inside bathrooms or inside shower stalls. By entering the premises you acknowledge and consent to video monitoring and recording for security, incident investigation, and operational purposes. Video recordings may be retained for a limited period of time consistent with security and legal requirements.

Locker Storage Areas. Locker areas are provided solely for temporary storage of personal items. Locker areas are not designated changing rooms. Due to the open layout and security monitoring of these areas, members and guests are advised not to undress in locker storage areas. Studio 60 is not responsible for personal items left unattended in lockers or storage spaces.

Information Sharing. Studio 60 does not sell personal information. Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers that assist with operating our business including booking platforms, payment processors, marketing providers, legal advisors, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities when required by law.

Data Security. Studio 60 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no electronic system or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and Device Data. When interacting with Studio 60 through digital platforms, certain technical data may be collected including device information, IP address, browser type, geolocation data, and usage activity in order to improve functionality and user experience.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

I understand that Studio 60 facilities utilize video surveillance in common areas (excluding bathrooms and shower stalls) for safety and security purposes.
